For 15 years, 4D Soft has actively participated in the development of Magyar Telekom’s online shop. During this time, we have become closely acquainted with the telecommunications leader's business processes and served many of the carrier's clients through our work.

Through the years, we have built a reputation for reacting quickly to new business demands and technical challenges, and our experts have been active participants in major technological transformations at the company. During the course of our most recent development work, we integrated a chat-based support system (Liveperson), e-billing solutions, and devised paperless processes through the integration of document storage systems.

Most recently, we connected the online shop to the home delivery and collection (such as Pick Pack points) systems of various courier companies, as well as supporting immediate collection in Magyar Telekom’s own chain of stores. We have also developed self-service and sales processes for both retail and business clients based on shared logistics processes.
