We have also developed a mobile application that connects to Magyar Telekom’s self-service and loyalty systems (see the Telekom Mobile Application in Hungarian), which is currently available on three different platforms: iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The application supports a number of self-service functions, from changing plans and balance inquiries to topping up and paying bills.
The application also allows customers to keep up to date with current discounts and use their loyalty cards. The service provided by the mobile application is multi-layered, enabling customer service tasks to be separated from the business objectives layer. Separate servers are responsible for the individual back-end system interfaces, and the business logic connects to the CRM and Billing systems though the company SOA infrastructure.
